Full design
We design and execute your project in person. We guide the entire renovation, from space planning and visual concepts to finish selections, furnishings and coordination with the necessary contractors.
We manage and supervise the project so the design is carried out as planned and the renovation process feels as efficient and seamless as possible.
US$100 per hour — a non-refundable US$500 deposit is required before the project visit.
The process
We begin with a phone or email consultation to understand the general needs. Then we schedule a one-hour site visit. Once the scope is established, the design process begins.
Please note
Because every project is unique, we cannot guarantee an exact number of hours. We keep a detailed record of time worked and invoice at the end of each week. Billable time includes site visits, design development, meetings with clients or contractors, product lists, revisions and purchasing.
