If you love the FAMDCOR style and want to refresh your space but feel overwhelmed by ideas, do not know where to begin or what to buy, this online design plan gives you a fully designed room in four business weeks and everything you need to bring it to life.
This plan is ideal for clients who are ready to purchase furniture and accessories from scratch or have only a few pieces to reuse.
On-site evaluation and measurements
If you are local and would like us to evaluate and measure your space, there is an additional US$150 fee before the project visit. This covers the first hour and requires a non-refundable deposit. Each additional hour is US$100.
This service includes
- One-hour initial consultation.
- Space planning and furniture layout.
- Two design concepts or mood boards.
- Shopping list with direct links.
- One round of minor revisions.
- Digital project folder delivered by email.
Additional changes may be subject to extra fees.
Pricing by area
Recommended minimum budget per area: US$4K+ for furniture, lighting and decor. Custom furniture fabrication and cosmetic construction work are not included.
