Dining Room | Santiago Airbnb Project

This apartment was designed for short-term rental and, therefore, we wanted to create an interesting and attractive space for vacationers. The dining room is one of the main focuses of this project, thanks to this beautiful lamp. For this space we opted for an industrial-minimalist style, which will reflect calm, but at the same time that rustic personality characteristic of the industrial style. For reservations here.

This brick wall was created with pine wood. Incredible right? We managed to have the same brick effect, but more economical, which saved us a lot in installation time, cleaning and money. To glue each board, we use a highly resistant glue and as separators we use pieces of the same thickness of the 1/4” boards.

To give that rustic industrial touch, this beautiful table was made in treated pine and metal base, with capacity for ten people. It was a great challenge to be able to lift this table to the tenth floor due to its large size, but it was achieved!

We bought this metal credenza at a craft store in Fort Lauderdale at a good price because it was painted gray in acrylic paint…. (The finish was horrible.) We stripped down all that paint and were able to give it this new look by painting it in this matte black. It was like new.

Plants are the touch that harmonizes and gives freshness to spaces. In this space we use this small natural Bonsai, artificial Eucalyptus and a natural Ficus Lyrata.
