Mother’s Day Table Setting
Create a colorful Mother's Day table with flowers, layered place settings and delicate details for a joyful celebration that is easy to recreate.
In May we celebrate Mother’s Day and we usually share with the family to celebrate them and that is why I was inspired by creating a table for her.
Here I tell you all the details to make this table. At the end of the post I also share where I got the items.

For this table I wanted to create something different, colorful, but at the same time delicate. I had these napkins at home and I started with this color to create the combinations. Yellow symbolizes joy and pink symbolizes tenderness and love. For me, these two shades together perfectly represent a mother. So, to highlight these colors I used white plates and added a touch of gold with the cutlery to give it a little glamour. step by step video
The floral arrangements that are being worn today tend to be more organic and not as rigid and square as we are used to seeing. They also tend to be asymmetrical and play a lot with heights and textures.
Tulips definitely take center stage in this centerpiece. On Instagram I discovered the technique of opening the petals and I love the look it gives them, it makes them look more interesting and exotic.
I made a mix between natural, dried and artificial flowers. Among the natural ones are: small roses, white tulips and green foliage. Before placing the flowers, I introduced an oasis for natural flowers in the vase. This allows the flowers to remain stable and helps preserve water.

I wanted to create a simple and minimalist chandelier, that would not compete with the main focus and will complement everything. Since I am a fan of polymer clay, it occurred to me to make this bow (in another post I will share how I did it), super simple and easy to make. and the truth is that I loved the result, I feel that it gives it that contemporary and organic vibe that I was looking for.

INGREDIENTS:

Add the ice and grapefruit and lemon juices to the cocktail mixer. then add 1 ½ ounces (45 ml) of Cointreau and 2 ½ ounces (75 ml) of tequila (if desired orn a little lighter, just add 1 ½ ounces of tequila). You can add some pieces of grapefruit and lemon for more flavor and then blend all the ingredients in the mixer.
